Yeah, yeah, yeah, so I haven't been bloggin’ like I should. Well frankly it has been too hot to blog. Southern California for all of it’s positive traits has an annoying ability to get really hot and unlikeable every now and then. Especially when you are inland, there just seems to be no relief from the oppressive heat. I think that is why people like places like San Diego so much, they can reap all the benifits of living in Southern California, yet not have to keep up with the outrageously hot temperatures.

Then again this is still somewhat better then life back in the Antelope Valley, or at leats the wya I remember it; 96 degrees and a 26 mph wind out of the West. I think I can take the heat of the good park over that. And no matter what it is still better then what I had during the summer of 2000 when Benjamin and I had the apartment in Eagle Rock......with no A/C and I worked during the only cool part of the day......at night....it was near impossible to try and sleep through that heat.

Perhaps the heat has gotten to me. I have started spending my time by ordering around a fake man in a chicken costume. http://www.subservientchicken.com Life is very sad for me.

I think I will go take a cold bath.
