It is a New Year, and I intend to blog more actively, and be more honest in my blogs. An excercise in full disclosure that I hope will improve my overall being.

Anywho.

This last week for some eason was completely exhausting to me. I am not sure why, but I ended every day feeling completely drained. In an attempt to rectify this situation, I have spent Sunday, and plan on spending today (Monday), in a completely relaxing and carefree manner. Nothing but Laundry, cookie baking, and television. That should help recharge the betteries if anything can.

Yesterday in my quest for laziness I went to the Block and saw Lost in Translation. A very good film if I do say so myself. Sofia Coppola is really starting to come into her own I believe. The film was very simply and beautifully shot, with no fancy camera tricks or special effects. The shots she used, however, were wonderful, and best of all, was the acting. Bill Murray, like a fine scotch is getting better and better with age. Rather then trying to be funy at every moment he is able to hold out back and really let the moment take control. He won a Golden Globe for his performance last night and he very much deserved it. Also the acting of the young Scarlett Johansson was very good. I have enjoyed her work since her role in Ghost World, and I think she too will go on to have a promising acting career....plus...she's hot. But then again she is younger then Ryan. But hey, age ain't nothing but a number.....right R. kelly?

So, I think that is a good start for the day in terms of a blog, perhaps I shall be back with more later today. Till then. For relaxing times, make it Santori time.
